Business Development Coordinator

As a key player in the business development process, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing end-to-end bid submissions to ensure seamless client interactions and brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage multiple bid submissions, guaranteeing timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather and refine content for proposals, ensuring relevance and impact.
- Develop and produce high-quality documents using Adobe InDesign, strictly adhering to established brand guidelines.
- Maintain and update marketing collateral to reflect evolving business needs.
- Support CRM management (HubSpot) and contribute to sales pipeline tasks, enhancing overall business performance.
- Contribute to marketing efforts, including events and collateral updates, to foster business growth.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in bid coordination, marketing coordination, or sales is required.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign, are necessary.
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is highly beneficial.
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
- Experience in the construction/property industry is highly desirable.
- Qualification in Graphic Design is advantageous.
- Estimated salary range AU$90,000 - AU$100,000 per annum.
