Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources leader to join our team as a Senior HR Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving cultural initiatives, embedding best practice HR, and ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Key Responsibilities
- Partner with site leadership to deliver strategic HR solutions that support operational goals.
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Drive culture and engagement initiatives aligned to our core values.
- Oversee Employment Relations/Industrial Relations matters including Enterprise Agreement negotiations and union engagement.
- Implement HR strategies, frameworks, and metrics that drive performance and accountability.
- Provide coaching to senior leaders and build capability across departments.
- Maintain compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal HR standards.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HR role, ideally in mining, construction, manufacturing, or other heavy industries.
- Strong ER/IR expertise, including enterprise bargaining and union interaction.
- Proven leadership experience – able to coach, mentor and drive performance in teams.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
