Data Center Technical Operations Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Center Technical Operations Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain.

In this role, you will participate in a 24/7 rotating shift pattern, supporting the management of routine maintenance and emergency service of critical systems. You will also install new rack capacity and provision power/cooling, as well as manage facility assets and generate change management requests and incident tickets for facility events.

As a Data Center Technical Operations Engineer, you will collaborate with data center IT managers and business leaders to coordinate day-to-day operations, projects, capacity, safety, performance, reliability, sustainability, and efficiency. You will drive and implement projects to increase facility capacity, efficiency, sustainability, and reliability, and assist in design, commissioning, and build-out of new data center facilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • 2+ years of electrical or mechanical experience
  • Preferred: 2+ years of data center engineering experience
