  • Investigate and resolve complex issues across business rules, workflows, calculations, and documents.
  • Configure platform changes using internal tools and scripting.
  • Collaborate with consultants, product, and customer stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Review support requests to ensure they are the right solution before delivery.
  • Maintain stability and performance across a portfolio of active clients.
  • Provide support for release cycles and platform training when needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in SaaS support, software implementation, or application support.
  • Ability to configure business rules, workflows, and calculations in a configurable platform.
  • Experience working with relational data (SQL knowledge is beneficial).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident in communicating with clients and internal product teams.
  • Insurance or policy/claims knowledge is highly desirable.
