The Australian Nurse Family Partnership Program is a national initiative that provides intensive home visiting support to Aboriginal families from early pregnancy to two years post-birth. As a Nurse Home Visitor, you will work in partnership with Aboriginal Family Partnership Workers to develop a long-term relationship with clients, building their capacity, skills, and confidence to ensure self-determination and a bright future for their families.

Key Responsibilities- Provide home visiting support to Aboriginal families from early pregnancy to two years post-birth
- Work in partnership with Aboriginal Family Partnership Workers to develop a long-term relationship with clients

- Contribute to the improvement of health outcomes in Central Australia
