Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in the Family Partnership Program at Central Australian Aboriginal Congress. The successful candidate will work in partnership with Aboriginal Family Partnership Workers and enrolled clients to provide intensive culturally responsive home visiting services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide home visiting services to pregnant Aboriginal women and their families
- Work in partnership with Aboriginal Family Partnership Workers to develop a long-term relationship with clients
- Build client capacity, skills, and confidence to ensure self-determination
- Develop a strengths-based approach to support families to be the best parents they can be
Requirements
- Registered Nurse qualification
- Experience working with Aboriginal communities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
