
Sales Channel Development Manager

Ranpak is a leading manufacturer of sustainable paper packaging and automation solutions for the efficient and effective cushioning and protection of products during shipment.
This position involves managing distribution channel partners to achieve growth and assigned sales objectives. You will also identify and develop new distribution channels in your territory.
The role requires strong commercial drive and proven track record in sales, as well as experience selling through distribution channels. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to train and educate our distributor's sales force and potential clients.
You will be responsible for prospecting, developing new business, and managing existing key accounts. This includes planning and preparing key account visits.
An ideal candidate will have a degree holder, minimum 3 years industrial sales experience, and strong communication skills in both native and English languages.
About the Role- Manage and grow distribution channel partner relationships to achieve assigned sales goals.
