**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate oncology nurse to join our team as a Clinical Manager in a permanent full-time capacity for our Adult Day Oncology Unit.

This role will provide clinical leadership and operational direction for the unit, ensuring efficient and effective management of human, financial, and material resources.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • • Provide evidence-based nursing care to patients and families
  • • Ensure compliance with ACQSHC National standards and other relevant legislation
  • • Coordinate the delivery of nursing care that is patient and family-centred
  • • Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to staff members
  • • Undertake direct patient care, as required
**Requirements**
  • • Current registration with AHPRA
  • • Registered nurse with at least 5 years' experience in an acute oncology or day infusion setting
  • • Demonstrated management or in-charge experience
  • • Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams with a service excellence approach
**Benefits**
