We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Hervey Bay, QLD. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and passionate nurse to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
About the Role:
This role will see you working within our 78 bed Residential Aged Care home at Hervey Bay, supporting our residents and staff. You will be responsible for administering medication, reviewing and updating care plans, conducting baseline and focused assessments, and liaising with internal/external stakeholders.
- Essential Qualifications:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Police Check
- Valid Australian Work Rights
- Desirable Qualifications:
- Clinical experience in the Aged Care Sector
- NDIS check
- Current driver licence
