The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in managing a portfolio of mid-large corporate clients, creating and converting new business and growth opportunities.

We offer an estimated annual salary of $120,000 AUD, based on industry standards and the current cost of living in Sydney.

About the Role

As a Trade Finance Specialist at Marsh, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high-quality customer service is provided at all times.

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-large corporate clients.
  • Create and convert new business and growth opportunities.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of clients' businesses, risk management, and financial needs.
  • Have an enquiring and flexible mindset to solving client needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications with a strong understanding of business, finance, accounting, and ideally bank guarantees and surety bonds.
  • Sound business acumen, including a well-rounded knowledge of key macro factors affecting companies and the sectors they operate in.
  • Proven or developing business development capability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of client organizations, including the C-suite, as well as internal Marsh stakeholders.
