Job Title: Service Delivery Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to inbound callers, resolving their queries and issues promptly and efficiently.

About You:

  • You possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and problem solve under pressure.
  • You have demonstrated experience in customer service and excellent phone manner.
  • You can source accurate information quickly and effectively to resolve customer requests.
  • You are self-motivated, driven and customer-centric.
  • You are available between 8 am - 8 pm.

About the Role:

This role involves working collaboratively with the wider marketing and innovation team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing friendly customer service to inbound callers and answering their questions.
  • Listening and understanding our customers' needs.
  • Data entry - taking notes and using platforms to keep a record.
  • Complaint handling, administration and information or buyer queries.
  • Collaborating with the wider marketing and innovation team.
  • Contributing to the development of processes.
