About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team at Percepta LLC. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive intelligence to advise our business leaders on talent acquisition strategies.
  2. Role Profiling: Develop a deep understanding of our open roles, including the required skills, behaviors, and departmental fit.
  3. Full Life Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate engagement to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  4. Employment Branding: Execute our employment branding strategy, including managing our careers social media and digital platforms.
  5. Candidate Experience: Provide accurate and inspiring information to candidates about our company and positions, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  6. Partnerships: Collaborate with our TA Marketing Manager to develop and publish effective job advertisements and social strategies.
  7. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, team members, and external partners.
  8. Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to measure the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts.

Requirements

  1. Education: Associate's Degree preferred.
  2. Experience: 2+ years' experience with an Application Tracking System (ATS) like Oracle, Taleo, iCIMS, or comparable experience.
  3. Digital Literacy: Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media, and gaming.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Marketing and Sales Skills: Relevant marketing and sales skills to drive recruitment efforts.
  6. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  7. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
