We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Secretary/Administration Assistant to join our team at one of Australia's top Law Firms. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the firm's lawyers and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to lawyers and staff, including preparing documents, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
- Ensuring the office is well-organized and efficient, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Assisting with special projects and events, as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a law firm or similar environment.
- Exceptional multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Top-tier verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with legal systems and software, an advantage.
- High level of MS Suite skills.
- Ability to foster professional relationships and work collaboratively as part of a team.
