Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to join our Adelaide Banking & Finance team at MinterEllison.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual to provide high-quality support to our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts.
  • Manage electronic and hard copy documents and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate diary management, organization of fee earners, and document production.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, monitor emails, and handle telephone calls.
  • Reconcile corporate AMEX expenses and manage high-volume file management.
  • Conduct the billing cycle, including end of month billing, time recording, and reporting.
  • Manage client billing protocols and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an EA or legal secretarial experience.
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong client focus and ability to form enduring relationships with peers, internal stakeholders, industry experts, and clients.
  • Adaptable and flexible nature, with the ability to deal with confidential information in a discrete manner.
  • Proactive approach and high levels of initiative, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
