Job Description

This role is a key member of the Finance team, responsible for driving financial excellence across the business. As a Senior Corporate Accounting Manager at Six Degrees Executive, you will oversee the development and implementation of corporate accounting policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain robust accounting processes and systems to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage internal controls and compliance risk management, ensuring alignment with legal, local entity, and international group requirements.
  • Lead the Accounts Payable and Receivable teams, overseeing overhead cost reporting, including wage and discretionary cost budgeting.
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business functions within processes and systems.
Key Deliverables
  • Deliver IFRS and AAS compliant accounting and controlling framework and policy.
  • Support the development and implementation of the business's financial objectives and finance functional objectives.
  • Ensure the Financial Ledger is maintained and reconciled through efficient period close production of periodic financial reports and statements.
  • Build relationships with the business to identify new opportunities to improve corporate performance.
Treasury Management
  • Manage all aspects of foreign currencies for the business, including forecasting foreign exchange requirements and recommending hedge requests to the CFO.
  • Produce information required for the budget and forecast process in relation to foreign currencies.
  • Manage the cash flow forecast process on cash flow issues and management.
