We are seeking a professional to fill the role of a Key Account Manager. This position involves generating new business leads and supporting existing accounts.
Responsibilities- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue in key industries.
- Identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities in coordination with Sales Management.
- Provide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with Production Management Team.
- Promote TransPerfect's services to clients and educate them on industry trends.
- Manage pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of company procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Service-focused with a desire to exceed clients' expectations.
- Multitasking ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commit to treating everyone with respect.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and colleagues.
