Key Account Management Role

We are seeking a professional to fill the role of a Key Account Manager. This position involves generating new business leads and supporting existing accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Develop sales strategies to increase revenue in key industries.
  • Identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities in coordination with Sales Management.
  • Provide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with Production Management Team.
  • Promote TransPerfect's services to clients and educate them on industry trends.
  • Manage pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of company procedures.
