Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead key account management and drive growth in the Petrol & Convenience channel.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for career advancement, working with a global FMCG food manufacturer and managing customer relationships to achieve commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sustainable growth and meet sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure best-in-class execution.
  • Manage financial aspects of assigned accounts, including budget oversight and claims handling.
  • Use data and insights to inform strategic decisions, conduct performance reviews, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate across functions to optimise product range, space allocation, and in-store execution.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Management or related field.
  • Experience in FMCG sales or account management, preferably in the Petrol & Convenience channel.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with a proven ability to deliver results.
  • Demonstrated capability to influence senior stakeholders across various functions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proactiveness and growth-orientation, with strong planning and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a team-focused mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced culture.
