Food and Beverage Supervisor

As an F&B Supervisor at Sheraton, you will be the connecter and facilitator of collective power, supervising the restaurant service period and tending to guests' expectations. You will welcome and engage with guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience, understanding their requirements and delivering service excellence with each customer interaction.

- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Assist with the bar operational tasks if required

- Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better
- Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
- Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
- An up to date RSA
- Relevant experience in a managerial role
