About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our team at AUTOrecruit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the Used Vehicle Sales Department and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Department Leadership: Manage all aspects of the Used Vehicle Sales Department, including sales, customer service, and staff training.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, margin, and expense metrics to ensure departmental goals are met.
- Customer Service: Ensure that top customer service is delivered to all customers, resulting in high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Staff Management: Oversee the performance of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Ensure that used vehicle inventory is accurately priced and presented to maximize sales.
- CSI Levels: Aim to achieve required CSI levels by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that customer complaints are resolved promptly.
