Job Overview

A dedicated Payroll and Benefits Professional will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing, administer employee benefits programs, and provide exceptional support to our staff.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Administration
    • Process weekly payroll in a timely and accurate manner
    • Audit and process payroll documents
    • Manage employee time & attendance data and reconcile variances
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records
  • Benefits Administration
    • Administer comprehensive employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement plans, I-9/e-Verify, workers compensation, and life insurance claims
    • Provide detailed benefit presentations to new hires and assist employees with benefits inquiries and plan changes
    • Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships for benefits administration and HRIS data integrity
  • General HR Duties
    • Participate in new employee onboarding and respond to employment verifications and surveys
    • Evaluate and ensure all required reporting, forms, and posters are up-to-date and maintained accurately
    • Develop and implement effective Human Resource department goals, objectives, and systems

Requirements:
  • Three to five years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to benefits administration
  • Strong background in payroll and benefits administration, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
