We are currently recruiting an Employee Relations Specialist to support our growing Offshore & Remote portfolio on the West Coast.

The Role

This role will provide technical advice and business coaching to leadership functions, including employee relations, performance management, remuneration, policies, and procedures.

The Job Description:

  • Provide guidance on complex employee, department, structure, and/or change management processes and issues
  • Support line leaders on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and remuneration
  • Partner with operations leaders and support services to develop talent strategies and agendas that support employee engagement, retention, and development

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A breadth of HR skills and capability, particularly in employee relations and building organizational capability applied within a commercial framework
  • Demonstrated experience within the resources sector
  • A good understanding of industrial relations frameworks and the ability to build and manage relationships with employees and their representatives
