The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Sydney team. As a key member of our Sales operations, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and building strong relationships with our Automotive Finance partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and develop a portfolio of existing broker partners to drive volume growth through outbound sales calls and training sessions.
  2. Work closely with our Business Development Managers to ensure our Automotive Finance partners have the necessary information, tools, and support to succeed.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and product specialists.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and support to our partners and customers.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record of high performance in sales or customer solutions-oriented roles. You'll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
