Maintenance Lead

Lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure the optimal functioning of equipment and facilities. Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective measures to prevent equipment failure.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize maintenance costs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools.
