Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service our equipment and machinery, lead preventive maintenance activities, and manage breakdowns in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Service and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Lead and coordinate preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
- Manage and resolve breakdowns and repairs in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to standard operating procedures and environmental regulations.
- Fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance Technician with experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining equipment and machinery.
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer systems, including MS Excel and preventative maintenance software.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Desirable: Forklift license and willingness to undergo training.
