
Strategic Trade Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Professional to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for forging strong relationships with new and existing trade customers.
Using your engaging approach, you will daily contact trade customers via telephone and email to identify upselling opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service.
You will also provide administrative support to the depot, collaborating closely with Kitchen Sales Designers and Territory Sales Representatives to arrange appointments and generate leads.
With a proactive attitude and attention to detail, you will ensure the smooth operation of the depot, supporting the team to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade customers
- Identify and pursue business growth opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and revenue growth
- Ensure seamless operational processes within the depot
