**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the purpose of this role is to make a difference to the needs of our Customers and improve their experience offering excellent customer service and proactive solutions managing the Trade Counter of this Branch.
- Duties include:_
- Handling customer enquiries, including complaints, providing appropriate solutions, administering alternatives within the time constraints and following up to ensure a resolution.
- Calling existing and inactive customers to promote company and branch initiatives to grow sales.
- Presenting yourself and the business in a professional manner, including branch merchandising and cleaning.
- Hours: 7.30am 3.30pm

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service/Sales
- Ideally Electrical wholesale experience or similar
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible can do attitude
- Committed to continuous learning and development
