Strategy Manager\

As a key player in driving our global growth, we are seeking a seasoned Strategy Manager to shape and execute critical initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with senior leaders to develop data-driven strategies, implement cross-functional projects, and ensure alignment with company goals.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Develop and refine strategic roadmaps, translating high-level strategies into actionable initiatives or projects.
  • Proactively manage resources, stakeholders, and risks to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of targeted outcomes.
  • Lead end-to-end change management for operational improvements, tracking and reporting on key performance metrics.
  • Partner with market leaders to set and refine quarterly objectives that build up to deliver the overarching three-year strategy.
  • Monitor OKR progress, reporting status updates, and support market leaders to adjust targets or tactics as needed.

For this role, you should have 5 years' experience in strategy, project management, or change management, with a proven track record of delivering measurable gains in productivity or cost savings. You should also be an effective project manager with experience in delivering project outcomes in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success in diagnosing operational inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
  • Experience in creating clear, effective, and high-quality decks, memos, and comms.
