Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned marketing expert to lead our global partner marketing efforts. As a Senior Global Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive growth and revenue from existing partners.

Your focus will be on identifying high-value opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering targeted marketing programs that deepen engagement, product penetration, and partner-led revenue growth.

You will lead the development of a global marketing framework that sets the guiding principles, campaign architecture, and performance expectations for regional teams to adapt and activate.

In addition, you will act as a senior advisor to regional GTM and marketing leaders, aligning global objectives with market realities and influencing prioritization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies to drive partner growth and revenue
  • Lead the development of a global marketing framework and campaign architecture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver targeted marketing programs
  • Act as a senior advisor to regional GTM and marketing leaders
  • Drive cross-functional orchestration to ensure global campaigns are cohesive and optimized for commercial impact
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

8 years' experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving customer growth through marketing programs.

Demonstrated experience contributing to global marketing strategies and leading cross-regional initiatives is essential.

Familiarity with journey-based marketing frameworks, lifecycle planning, and performance measurement in a partner-led growth context is also required.

An analytical and insight-led approach focused on experimentation-led optimization is crucial.

Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary to build trust and influence across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

A proactive, adaptable, and delivery-focused mindset is essential to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
