This is a Full Time role that requires an experienced nurse with a passion for providing exceptional care, using a person-centered approach.

The successful candidate will provide effective clinical nursing care that enhances client self-determination, capacity and resilience, as well as improves social engagement and quality of life for the individual and family carer.

Requirements include:

  • Nursing experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin a career in aged care if you have nursing experience in the wider health sector.
  • Adaptability, empathy, resourcefulness, time management skills, and alignment with Uniting's everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
  • A commitment to contemporary aged care nursing practice.
  • A relevant nursing degree with current AHPRA registration.
  • A current Australian Driver's License and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
