**Join All Aged Care in Brisbane as Care Coordinator**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the intake process for new CHSP clients.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to client intake, including paperwork, data entry, and documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, families, and stakeholders, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Reception and the CHSP Care Team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Assist with scheduling of home support for CHSP clients
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with Aged Care standards.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation as required.
- Support the CEO with additional tasks and projects as needed.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Minimum 1 year experience in client coordination
- Genuine passion for caring for the elderly.
- Self-motivated with a "can do" and flexible attitude.
- High level communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures.
- Eagerness to network and promote our services.
- Proficiency in using computer systems including MS Word and Excel.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Full rights to work in Australia.
- National Police Check.
