About the Role

Pyramid Global Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead to lead our Application Development and Support team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for determining project requirements, developing work schedules, and ensuring projects are completed to standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
  • Preparing and helping the team prepare the design; having a very good understanding of the project architecture.
  • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
  • Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
  • Identifying project risk and planning mitigation action.
  • Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
  • Collaborating with the team to identify and fix technical problems.
  • Conducting audits to identify areas of improvement.

  • A high-calibre, skilled, and experienced resource with knowledge of Application environments.
  • Interface between team and management.
  • Building and maintaining high team morale.
  • Adherence to defined Configuration, Change, and Problem Management processes.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Overall experience of 8+ years.
  • Ability to make fast and informed decisions.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Providing training and coaching to development teams.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent team player and leadership abilities.
  • Good time-management skills.
