Job Title: Business Development Director

We are seeking a skilled leader to drive our sales support and operational excellence in the Enterprise division.

This role involves developing and implementing a scalable Sales Support strategy, coordinating the Customer Assistance Executive function, and ensuring a seamless customer journey.

The successful candidate will lead all aspects of sales support, including leading the MNS Quoting & Operations team, driving automation and standardisation across ICT support processes, and leading the offshore operating model.

This position also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Technology, and Delivery teams, to drive high-impact initiatives.

To be successful, you will need proven experience in leading sales support teams, strong operational management skills, and the ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse teams.

You will also have an ambitious approach, a passion for continuously improving and innovating, and demonstrated ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the MNS Quoting & Operations team to ensure seamless integration and support for technology delivery.
  • Drive automation and standardisation across ICT support processes to reduce manual effort and increase service reliability.
  • Lead the offshore operating model, including capability planning, performance management, and execution.
  • Act as the business owner for operational tools, championing the exploration and implementation of AI and automation.
  • Drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Finance, Technology, and Delivery teams.
