Job Description

A seasoned IT professional with a strong focus on problem-solving and collaboration is required to provide support, configuration, and analysis across our Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems and a strong ability to work effectively with stakeholders in both support and project environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for Procurement and Manufacturing processes, particularly across Oracle Supply Chain & Manufacturing applications.
  • Investigate issues, resolve tickets, and keep stakeholders updated as part of Level 2 support.
  • Assist in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle – gathering requirements, documenting processes, testing, and helping deliver system changes.
  • Configure and maintain ERP applications to meet business needs.
  • Work collaboratively with senior analysts, developers, and integration teams to ensure solutions are delivered and supported.
Requirements
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business modules (Supply Chain & Manufacturing preferred).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and knowledge of tools such as JIRA/Confluence.
  • Good skills in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and customer service focus.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance.
Essential Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship (due to Defence security clearance requirements).
