Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the reliability, security, and ongoing enhancement of critical human resources systems.

As a key member of the team, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of these systems, working collaboratively with both internal colleagues and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain HR systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, usability, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate system upgrades, integrations, and compliance initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation to support end-user education and consistent system usage.
  • Provide responsive technical support and manage system upgrades, ensuring robust data security practices.
  • Oversee integrations between HR systems and other platforms, resolving synchronisation issues efficiently.
  • Lead or contribute to system-related projects, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process automation and workflow redesign.
  • Monitor industry trends and vendor updates to inform system enhancements and best practice adoption.
  • Support evidence-based decision-making with accurate data analysis and reporting.
Requirements

This role requires a committed professional with expertise in administering HR systems in medium-to-large organisations. You should have a comprehensive understanding of data architecture and system configuration, as well as excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative spirit.
