Project Governance Specialist

This is a key position within our organization that focuses on driving high quality governance through superior Quality Assurance and Management of Project Reporting and Governance forums.
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing timely information to stakeholders as required, enabling informed decision-making across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance and review of all Terms of Reference (ToRs) for Project Governance Forums to ensure effectiveness in governance processes.
- Supporting project/program reporting requirements, including providing input to key reporting needs and ownership of the project/program calendar.
- Contributing to the development of project plans under the guidance of senior team members.
- Developing and implementing a Quality Strategy, Standards, and Methods for the project/program team to adopt, including quality criteria and sign-off authorities for reporting.
- Preparation of agendas, minutes, and papers for executive and regulator audiences.
- Managing and reporting on actions resulting from internal and external quality assurance reviews.
- Knowledge sharing and dissemination of project delivery information and practices amongst teams and the wider organization as necessary.
