The Business Transformation Partner will play a pivotal role in leading organisational change and driving business excellence within our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the long-term success of our organisation.
As a Business Transformation Partner, you will be responsible for championing business excellence principles, delivering corporate training, and promoting innovation across the organisation. You will work closely with teams to understand their operational needs, support improvement initiatives, and help embed a proactive, accountable, and forward-thinking culture.
This role requires a degree or diploma in a relevant discipline such as business, organisational development, or human resources. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in organisational development, business improvement, or related areas, with a strong understanding of how to help teams and organisations grow and improve.
The successful applicant will also have familiarity with business excellence frameworks or other continuous improvement models and how to apply them. Experience in reporting writing, delivering presentations, training, and workshops is essential. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work with people at all levels to achieve shared goals are also crucial.
