Visionary Leader for Strategic Transformation

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Board of Directors as a second appointed member. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong background in transformation and leadership to contribute to our organisation's strategic initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of guiding large-scale business and digital transformation, as well as overseeing strategic workforce management models in membership organisations or those with a significant volunteer base.
Key Responsibilities- Transformation Experience: Contemporary skills and experience at Board or CEO level guiding large-scale business and digital transformation.
- Strategic People and Culture Change: Knowledge and experience overseeing strategic workforce and volunteer management models in membership organisations or those with a significant volunteer base.
- Strategic Economic Outlook and Positioning: Contemporary knowledge of capital markets, particularly institutional investment, and understanding the value of engineering in the Australian economy.
Leadership, integrity, curiosity, courage, interpersonal skills, communication skills, passion, enthusiasm, instinct, senior-level contacts, and an active contributor are desirable personal qualities in all directors. Diversity among directors is sought to bring different perspectives to the Board's deliberations.
