Job Title: Strategic Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to drive our clients' success through innovative brand strategies and creative solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting smart solutions for our clients and supporting new business efforts.

As a strategic leader, your primary responsibilities will include leading strategy across accounts, integrating insight-driven thinking into creative development, and producing work with significant business impact. You will also be responsible for building trusted stakeholder relationships, collaborating with creative teams to inspire insight-led ideas, and staying updated on emerging trends to inform strategic recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategy development, a proven track record in insight-driven brand and campaign strategies, and a strong ability to simplify complex obstacles into clear strategic directions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy for a portfolio of clients and collaborate on larger projects.
  • Craft brand, communications, and channel strategies across various platforms.
  • Support new business efforts by identifying opportunities and contributing to pitches.
  • Develop and drive workshops and strategic sessions with clients.
  • Conduct competitive, category, and cultural analysis to find white space opportunities.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive strategy experience in creative agencies or consultancies.
  • A well-versed understanding of communication architectures and brand plans.
  • Confidence in autonomously guiding client strategies and campaigns.
  • A proven track record in insight-driven brand and campaign strategies.
  • A sharp strategic thinker, adept from brand building to product acquisition.
  • Effective presentation skills, inspiring teams and stakeholders.
  • Able to build strong collaborative relationships across teams and networks.
  • Possess a passion for creative thinking and challenging conventions.
  • Familiarity with marketing science and up-to-date with best practices.
  • Proficient in measurement tools and defining success metrics.
