Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through modern enterprise architecture and human-centred change
  • Develop organisational capability and embed transformation practices to support the organisation’s readiness for change

Requirements:

  • Strategic and results-driven leader with deep experience overseeing complex, technology-enabled transformation programs
  • Enterprise architecture literacy and experience driving maturity
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, mentoring professional development, and creating high-performing transformation delivery capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing operationally, translating enterprise vision into detailed delivery plans and tangible results
  • Practical experience implementing organisational change management strategies in large, complex organisations with measurable adoption and sustainability outcomes
  • Understanding of modern digital platforms, service digitalisation approaches, and technology-enabled business transformation in public sector environments
