Job Description:

CSIRO is seeking a visionary leader to drive the strategic growth and sustainable transformation of CSIRO Publishing. As Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the business, leading major transformations, and implementing long-term financial and commissioning strategies.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and experience in the publishing industry, with a proven record of success in senior leadership roles. They will possess demonstrated strategic leadership capability, strong commercial acumen, and financial management experience.

The Director will be responsible for driving the commercial success of CSIRO Publishing, leading a high-performing team, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will also contribute to broader organisational strategy and policy development.
