About the Role
The Learning Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering learning programs that help Crown be a place where our people and business can grow and succeed together.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative learning programs and behavioral 'nudges' to drive cultural transformation.
- Manage the corporate learning facility, one of the largest in Victoria.
- Develop a community of practice within the Melbourne Property.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, events, and develop digital learning content.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to align learning initiatives with strategic priorities.
- Provide data-driven insights and reporting on learning outcomes and impact.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in learning and development.
- Proven ability to lead learning programs and manage a learning centre or similar environment.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Strong program management skills of learning lifecycle.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, L&D, Organisational Development, or related fields.
