As part of our ambitious Major Road Projects Victoria initiative, we are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Coordinator to play a pivotal role in shaping Victoria's future.

This involves overseeing more than 50 key projects, including critical roads as part of the state's Big Build. To support this effort, our team requires a high level of learning and development support for employees.

  • Maintain the Training inbox and process learning requests effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to deliver various training programs, focusing on registration, facilitation, materials, and coordination.
  • Administer online learning platforms, update Learning Management Systems (LMS) and intranet pages, and coordinate vendor engagement and payment processes.

This opportunity suits a proactive, organized Administrator interested in Human Resources. You will have experience supporting busy functions with event or logistics type coordination. Key qualities include initiative, problem-solving, and enjoyment of routine administration and project improvement activities.
