Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing our learning and development strategy, enhancing internal capabilities, and driving engagement with our various learning initiatives.

This includes developing and implementing key learning initiatives, managing LinkedIn Learning, and implementing a pilot Mentoring Program. Additionally, the Learning and Development Specialist will manage the L&D calendar, including scheduling, logistics, and tracking engagement.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement learning strategies to enhance internal capabilities.
  • Manage LinkedIn Learning to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Implement the Triple A Leadership Development Pathway, Trusted Partner Program and Graduate Development Program.
  • Support the roll out of our new HRIS - Workday Talent Optimisation & Learning.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives align with business objectives.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in Learning and Development or HR is highly regarded.
  • Strong administration, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Exposure to learning, engagement, talent, and succession planning.
  • Able to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Psychology, or a related field well regarded.
