We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager for our Coatings business in Queensland. As a key member of our team, you will oversee designated customer accounts, driving revenue growth and enhancing profitability.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-evolving industry. You will be responsible for managing assigned customer accounts to ensure sustained revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our Coating technology and actively promote its applications to address and exceed customer needs.

  • Meet or surpass volume and marginal income targets.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing in a competitive market landscape.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, crafting strategies to drive success.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive account plans aligned with our Global Business Unit strategy and marketing objectives.

Required Skills and Experience
  • 5 years of proven success in a Technical Sales/Commercial role is essential.

  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in coating applications are preferred prerequisites.

  • Demonstrated expertise in sales, relationship building, and a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.

  • A high level of dedication to understanding and fulfilling customer needs.

  • Exceptional organizational abilities and territory management expertise.

  • Solid understanding of fundamental business principles and financial insights.
