Your Role:

  • Identify and secure new property management business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property investors and landlords.
  • Develop strategic prospecting and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on market trends and rental returns.
  • Collaborate with the property management and sales teams to maximize client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in business development, property management, or real estate sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
  • QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Full Licence (or willingness to obtain).
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
