About the RoleThe Night Shift Manager will work on a permanent part-time basis, requiring adaptability, quick thinking, and problem-solving skills to manage overnight operations, resident safety, and building management.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor Building Security and Safety, Perform Perimeter Checks, and Resolve Issues or Emergencies.
- Handle Administrative Tasks such as Record Keeping, Payments, Audits, and Reporting.
- Manage Incidents, Grievances, and Conflicts Effectively During the Night Shift.
- Provide Support to Residents with Assistance, Information, and Welfare Inquiries.
- Respond to Calls Regarding Noise, Disturbances, and Lockouts.
- Attend Mandatory Training and Staff Meetings as Required.
- Valid Working Rights in Australia and New Zealand.
- National Police Check (within 3 months).
- Working with Children Check (NSW).
- First Aid & CPR Certificates.
- Availability for Either 3 PM – 11 PM or 11 PM – 7 AM Shifts.
