As a Resident Experience Team Leader, you'll be part of our dynamic pre-opening team, helping to shape the very first impressions of our newest HOME. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role where you'll support, guide and inspire a small Resident Experience team while ensuring service excellence for every resident, every day.

What You'll Do:

  • Play a key role in preparing the Resident Experience team during the pre-opening phase, including training and process development.

  • Lead and mentor a small front-of-house team, delivering consistently outstanding service.

  • Support residents through every stage of their rental journey – from move-in logistics and amenity bookings to day-to-day requests.

  • Partner with Leasing and Property Management teams on tours, inspections, and lead management.

  • Help design, set up and run engaging community events.

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience.

  • Foster strong resident relationships and resolve issues with care and efficiency.

About You:

We're looking for a service-focused professional with:

  • 2–3 years' front-of-house experience in hospitality, hotels, customer service or property.

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

  • A passion for creating exceptional resident experiences.

  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings on a rotating roster.
