**Role Overview**

The Contributor Network Growth team is at the heart of expanding our two-sided marketplace. We focus on growing, engaging, and retaining contributors globally while collaborating closely with Product, Data Science, Design, and Marketing teams. This role is critical to scaling our Contributor Network in APAC as we increase our presence in key global markets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute data-driven contributor acquisition strategies to align with demand-side goals in APAC.
  • Own top-of-funnel initiatives and optimize channel mix, leveraging platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and affiliate networks.
  • Plan, test, and scale paid and organic campaigns to drive acquisition while continuously optimizing for ROI.
  • Collaborate with in-market and cross-functional teams to develop region-specific messaging and campaigns.
  • Analyze contributor behavior, engagement, and retention to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with third-party marketing agencies and local partners.
  • Present regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 4+ years in Growth Marketing and/or Product Growth, B2C user acquisition, or within a two-sided marketplace.
  • Consumer-first mindset: Strong understanding of user needs and behaviors, focusing on delivering exceptional contributor experiences.
  • Technical expertise: Strong understanding of product and digital growth strategies, including SEO, SEM, paid social, affiliate programs, and video advertising.
  • Strategic thinker and executor: Demonstrated ability to define and execute growth strategies while managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Collaboration: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; proven ability to work cross-functionally in global teams.
  • Self-starter: Highly proactive, data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with initiative in a fast-paced environment.
