We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Identity and Access Technology (IAT) team. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Identity Oversight team, which is tasked with forming a continuous objective view of the control landscape for Identity and Access technology.
Key Responsibilities- Translate Identity controls, standards, and guidelines into technology and operational processes.
- Collate data points, metrics, and reports to understand current control status and identify potential testing gaps.
- Develop and execute test plans to understand the status of observed gaps and potential impacts to control effectiveness.
- Liaise with control owners and technology crews to prioritize and address noted findings.
- Form a detailed view of control operations and processes.
- Conduct self-assessments across the Identity estate.
- Work with Assurance functions to collate evidence requests, conduct workshops, and draft management responses.
- Provide a consolidated view of controls operated by Identity.
- Contribute to actionable insights that aid with Business Unit Investment (BUIT) prioritization.
- Drive remediation activities noted by centralized testing teams.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Strong Identity and Access Management knowledge.
- Experience in IT audit, internal controls, and/or risk management.
- Experience performing IT general controls, technology risk assessments, testing, or auditing against technology standards or governance frameworks.
- Experience leading/contributing to internal and external audits.
- Strong data skills, with automation experience.
- Very strong written and communication skills.
