Job Description

The Quality Assurance Strategist is a senior leadership position responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure the organization's adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development of annual program and department work plans.
  • Serve as a resource for all departments to provide guidance on designing, implementing, analyzing, and reporting on data.
  • Implement effective strategies for communicating policies to staff and ensuring understanding and adherence.
  • Facilitate data review and analysis, and decision-making from data.
